War is peace

I was sitting in the train which was going to Saint-Petersburg. Music was in the whole train. It was going from speakers which were in the every coupe. Various Russian pop music, not dance but maybe relax music. But suddenly it was finished and monotonous voice began to speak.
At first it began to speak about terrorism. Terrorism is horrible thing which surrounds us everywhere. Everyman could be a terrorist, even your neighbor in a coupe. Every thing which looks strange could be a bomb or something very dangerous. If you see something strange say about it to the conductor.
Then voice, with the same tone, began to tell about specific railroad dangerous things. In any dangerous situation you must listen and obey the people from the train. You mustn't walk on the rail road, you must see for your children and so on. He continued to tell about various obvious things.
When I arrived to Saint-Petersburg I saw in metro poster which was again about terrorism. It told about closed entrances to the roofs of city buildings. It warned that if you see strange man near entrance which lead to the roof of your building you should call to police, because it could be a terrorist.

Holy shit, it seems that we are herd of stupid sheeps which are located in the field of war. But who is enemy?
