It's not secret that Russia has't competitive economics and also it hasn't any world popular brand or product except oil and other nature resources. Interestingly, why? There're lots of reasons, for example: bad country/company management, absence of specialists, stealing, Russian spirit. All these things I've felt recently.
One day my neighbour from lower floor rang in my door bell. She sad that I flood her toilet... My toilet was dry but there was very old tube. We called to company which serves up our building and resolves such problems. It's not commercial company, it gets money from government and government gets money from us as taxes. Strange system but it is.
Next day plumber visited us and sad they will be change tube but didn't say when. Finally, after two weeks he came with welder. He sad that welder is very rare worker and that's why he came after two weeks. Plumber made two holes around tube: one in my floor and second in my ceiling. Welder cut it and put there new. When they decided to leave us again I asked about holes: when did they repair it? They said that they can't do it and other workers will came tomorrow. Also they spoiled paint of wall in the toilet and sad that another man will repair it tomorrow.
Next day came old man. He was a carpenter. He made construction for concrete for 15 minutes and left. After that two nice women came and repaired holes with concrete. Then they said that they have no paint and that's why they will visit me tomorrow.
Outcomes
Plumber, welder, carpenter and two painters replaced 3 meter of tube for 3 days. What the hell? It should do one man for 3 hours. It seems that we are country of millions ineffective plumbers.
