Conspiracy of frying pans

From the deepest childhood I had understood that fried food is very tasty. My grandfather had a small farm and when we visited it we ate fresh fried eggs every morning. He fried it on the old frying pan which was made from cast iron.
But time changes and frying pans also. When I left my home I bought my own pan. It looked shiny! It was covered by ultra-modern non-stick coating. I began to fry various dishes and I was happy. But one day I began to wash my pan and I found out that ultra-ultra modern coating just fell off... I was disappointed. After that I discovered that if I want to use "ultra-modern pan" I also have to use "ultra-modern plastic spatula". Moreover I couldn't use with pan fork or knife from metal. I could use tableware only from plastic or wood. And I had to use them it carefully because "ultra-modern coating" could be damaged. I said to myself: Alright, I will buy a pan and a spatula and I will be carefully. 

I bought them and began to use them carefully. I was cooking and thinking about cooking process. We care about pan coating, we care about glass stove, we care about our spoon and fork which are covered by silver, we care about our tea services because they are beautiful and we use them only with guests of honor. 
But why we are doing these weird rituals? Rituals with soulless things. We do it because we are slaves of our things. 
Sometimes we want to be slaves and sometimes other people make slaves from us. And case with non-stick coating exactly about other people. It's very profitable to sell frying pan which could quickly become useless due to "irregular usage".
In a nutshell, don't waste your time with modern frying pans, just buy a pan from cast iron and be happy. You can do everything with it and it will be serve to you all-time.
