In recent years very often I hear nationalistic ideas from people. The most popular phrase from them is "foreigners come and capture our work places!". Also it's very popular slogan of skinheads. But is it true? And who or what is reason of appearing foreigners?
I think it's not true. They don't capture work places. Citizens forget about people who create work places. Actually foreigner can't capture work places. Every worker(including citizen in his own country) suggests two things to employer: amount of money which he wants to earn and list of his abilities. Then employer gathers some offers and decides who is valuable worker and who is not. And it's normal practice because employers and workers are living inside capitalism. It's just obvious decision of employer: worker from Azerbaijan wants to earn $100 per month and he agrees to live in flat with another 20 workers. Moreover he will send $70 to his family who live in his native country and other $30 he will just save. Russian worker will never work for $100. And it's also obvious decision of Russian worker, he just can't live for $100 in month.
Then who is in fault? I suppose Russian workers and Russian government. First because they have many abilities to be more competitive persons than foreigners. Abilities such as education, medical care, rights and so on. Unfortunately, government allow to work inside our country even people who don't know Russian language. It seems that every who wants to live and work in Russia can just cross the border and do everything he wants.
There is natural selection in the animal world. It works perfectly for many million years and it works also between human nations and also very well. If you feel that some other nation more successful than yours it doesn't mean that those nation is bad. It means that you and your native nation do something wrong.
